Communication/Change Manager· 8 years of experience in driving organizational change
· Experience in identifying change drivers defining change objectives and strategies
· Experience in defining change management plan across various stages of the engagement
· Ability to identify the different types of users and change mechanisms aligned to the users s needs
· Experience in developing delivering and managing communication stakeholder training engagement adoption and resistance management plans
· Ability to integrate change management activities into the project plan
· Manage stakeholder relationships
· Conduct effective impact assessments readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis
· Has solid understanding of project management methodology
· Experience to work with rapidly changing environments
· Ability to handle ambiguity
· Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate change progress and effectiveness to key stakeholders through regular reports and presentations
· Single point of contact for all change management activities for the DAM program
· Works closely with the Program Governance and Core team members to define the change management plan strategies approach and methodologies
· Works with the product owner Product manager to integrate change management process in the development activities
· Works with adidas stakeholders to analyze end users impacted by change
· Works with the training lead to device trainings for the various business technical stakeholders
· Regular change management progress and effectiveness reporting to adidas stakeholders
