Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a client project in Luxembourg.
Task description
- Organise and facilitate meetings and workshops with the relevant stakeholders for the project;
- Conduct key business analysis and collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders, perform analysis and prepare the new design (mock-ups);
- Review and improve the subscription process, in agreement with all relevant services. Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures;
- Organise and facilitate meetings to review and setup the proper Information Classification of the documents to be exposed through the tool;
- For the new Use Cases/functionalities, setup the new process flow and procedures;
- Prepare the specifications of the new functionalities/processes, including the specifications for satellite applications (ie: CLM, Serapis, GED);
- Prepare the list of data/information required to automate the workflow and analyse how to collect them (ie data transfer to Back Office system, or date extract from other systems);
- Review and setup the access rights profiles (user level authorized for such requests);
- Organise survey with internal/external users, related to new functionalities (ie Mobile App);
- Organise ClientConnect presentation to other Services in order to on-board new stakeholders/functionalities;
- With IT, analyse and propose new technical facilities (ie API connector);
- Maintain and update the project documentation, in order to reflect work completed/progress made and clearly identify existing or possible blocking points (eg constrains, risks, dependencies, etc.). Monitor them and prepare periodically the status report for the senior management;
- Prepare the User Manual and execute the proper handover of related working papers and deliverables prior to the completion of the assignment.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry;
- Solid proven experience as Business analyst and adequate relevant experience and project management;
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial products (lending market), and relevant business processes (such as post-disbursement event processing).
- Excellent English oral and written communication/presentation skills;
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in English.
