Incident Lead - Data IT Governance Cobit ITIL CMMI - Investment Bank
- - High Functional knowledge on Capital Markets
- - Data Scientist Skill or knowledge
- - Strong problem-solving
- - Ability to effectively convey complex information within simple, high impact communication
- - IT Governance practices and standards eg COBIT, ITIL V3 +
- - track record of delivery within a structured and regulated project environment +
- - IT Project life cycle design and implementation
ROLE
- - Overseeing global and local procedures in line with IT Group standard (ITG rules) and industry standard eg COBIT, ITIL, and CMMI. This includes establishing IT Process Group to oversee the assessment, implementation and improvement of processes.
- - Align the process design to the linkage of business and production plans, on defining, maintaining and validating the IT value proposition. Focus on GM IT PS&F - Emden GPF flows by having an 'end to end' approach taking into account specific workflow constraints
- - In-depth knowledge of Front Office to Finance processing chains logics,
- - Minimizing operational failure, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls
Ensuring appropriate escalation to CIB IT Production Senior Management and/or Permanent Control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as
- - High Functional knowledge on Capital Markets
