Change Manager
Duration: 12 months
Day Rate: £350-£360 Inside IR35
Location: London
Key Roles & Responsibilities
The role includes discovery, management, and onboarding of external partners to the S&P Global ways of working, processes, people, and technologies - with associated milestones and risk mitigation that come with successful model integration
This is a new role within the In-House Agency, as such scope is fluid.
Additional Responsibilities
Documenting the implementation plan, sub projects and tasks
Management and facilitation of implementation plan set up + reporting
Facilitate clear direction and communication to all stakeholders
Testing strategy development and implementation
Managing resource utilisation and liaising with central resource teams for peaks in volume of work/utilising skillsets not available onsite
Collaborating with Director, Business Strategy and Operations to create weekly reports on finance and status
Managing daily/weekly WIP meetings with stakeholder
Managing Key Projects when required
Critical decision making, where required
Workflow and Resourcing
Managing workflow for the onsite studio
Working with key stakeholders to build/review team structure and skill requirements
Managing resource utilisation and liaising with central resource teams for peaks in volume of work/utilising skillsets not available in-house
Ensure that the onsite team have all required resources and equipment
Responsible for onboarding any new team members
Support PowerPoint creation (building approach packs, deliverables etc.)
Schedule meetings/engagement with divisions/others
Support Aviator/Prism requirements
Minimum and Preferred Education
Project Management certification (Agile, Prince, PMP, LEAN), or equivalent work experience
Previous Marketing and our Creative Service experience, gained in an Agency, on-site, of offshore environment is preferred
Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills
mid-level to senior experience of working in large/Matrix organizations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements, preferably within a creative environment
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship development skills
Experience in controlling and managing budgets
Significant experience in marketing programme management in a corporate environment
Adept in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Tools
