Front Office Support Analyst/Immediate/3 months/Inside IR35/£650 Per day/London

My client are a leading financial services client, who have a need for a Front Office support analyst, on an initial contract until the end of 2021. They do however have scope for extensions further into the new year.

Job Purpose:

To provide support for business application/systems in specified business areas related to the investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Monitor system integrity through daily system checks, to ensure a high standard of service is provided to clients

2.Capture any system bugs, enhancements, or new business requirements, to be reviewed with the team and the business units on a regular basis

3.Resolve application issues, raised by clients on a day-to-day basis, in an effective and timely manner

4.Develop and manage productive relationships with key business partners including monitoring of Service Level Agreements and conducting regular service review meetings

5.Maintain system support documentation for all supported applications, ensuring it is kept up to date within Application Profiles and included as part of Project handover

6.Provide out of hours, weekend and bank holiday support when required as agreed with manager

7.Suggest to manager areas that could be improved in relation to the support team's processes and procedures

8.Assist with small enhancement and project work on supported applications from time to time

Experience

10+ years of CRD support experience

10+ years of SQL database query skill

Knowledge

Investment Industry knowledge
