One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Project Manager (Stream Lead).

The client is starting up a new initiative where we are looking for a Stream Lead Project Manager. The initiative is driven in four streams. Each stream has a stream leader and a number of supporting roles. The transformation will be driven by our product teams with support from other core team and the Platform Product area.
This is the role of Stream lead for the Product stream - Including features connected to product enrichment, Image, product description, product details
As a stream lead you are responsible for ensuring progress towards our vision for future commerce and the projects milestones. More specifically:
- Movement towards vision - Functional and none-functional requirements
- Facilitating agile workflow - PI-planning, Sprint -planning, Demos
- Ensuring product team synchronization - Connecting the right people, enable collaboration
- Stream value flows/Customer flows - Establishing and updating blueprint
- Establishing a scalable architecture - MACH-principles, infrastructure, API engineering/documentation, white label solutions
- OKR-follow up - Ensuring progress on Objectives and Key results
An understanding of agile development at large scale and product enrichment technical setup is highly beneficial. More specifically:
- Agile development- Product organization setup, agile ceremonies, OKR steering, customer value creation
- Product enrichment - PDP & PLP, Product enrichment flows
- The customer's infrastructure - SAP Hybris, Cloud infrastructure
- Headless infrastructure - API frameworks, test automation, modular setup, toggling
Since the role as a stream lead will change over time and based on situation and stakeholders, collaboration is key. It is important to be self empowered and have an ability to take initiatives based on situation.
More specifically:
- Coordination/Collaboration - A key element is to be able to lead and empower teams to facilitate collaboration. Taking a step back when needed and stepping in when needed.
- Project management/Structure - Since you will be in the center of information flowing it is important to establish structure and tools to share information and at the same time enable progress in the stream
- Vision leadership - We are steering towards a vision, hence you need to be able to evangelize the vision, assisting the product teams to keep an eye on the ball and at the same time ensure that they progress on measurable KPIs in the right direction. Beeing an agile organization, you will need empower the product teams by giving them responsibility to execute on the vision.
- As stream lead you are self-going, communicative, collaborative and you take initiatives when needed and raise concerns when required
