- Release StrategyRelease Management governance (roles, responsibilities, etc.)Functional & technical prerequisitesTemplate governance
- Implementation approach of Release Management in FLOW
- Proposal for implementation approach, needed resources & timeline
- timelineProposal to establish relevant processes, governance roles and boardsInitial analysis of dependencies considering process / functional releases, technical releases (SAP & non-SAP)Initial roadmap for release calendar
- Coaching of client to setup & establish release management
- Release Management Execution
- Establish release communication
- Run release management in FLOW organization considering the link in the clients organization / parallel projects
