Profile DescriptionRole specific to Innovation, the Design Thinking Specialist will consult and coach on human-centred design. She or he will:
identify areas where human-centred design can bring value
Lead design thinking sessions that empathize with users, define their needs and collect ideas, problems, and opportunities.
Drive ideation by challenging assumptions and creating ideas for innovative solutions.
Educate teams on how to identify short projects from an idea to execution.
Required Experience
Typically, 10+ years of professional experience
Significant experience using human-centred design (design research/design thinking) methodologies
Strong consulting skills
Experience in Lean Start-up is a plus
