PMO Implementation LeadRate - DKK per hour
3 Month contract
Onsite Bagsværd (Copenhagen)
Activities and work description:
· Define the scope and objectives of the Global Data Office PMO
· Define and design the organisational setup of the PMO function
· Define roles and responsibilities including identification of permanent positions
· Design and implement governance processes and meeting structures
· Design and implement progress status reporting and dashboards
· Design and implement financial reporting in collaboration with financial controller
· Design automation and reporting capabilities using existing tools
· Design and implement vendor performance and business value metrics
· Design and implement people and organisational enablers to support scaling
· Ensure alignment with SAFe and use of agile principles
· Ensure coordination with agile coaches and enforcing use of Azure DevOps
· Ensure internal change management and communication
Required Qualifications:
· Experience with project and programme management 10+ years
· Experience with establishing a programme management office
· Experience with lean portfolio management and use of agile principles
· Experience with setting reporting and implementing dashboards
· Experience with change management and communication
· Experience with the pharma industry (optional)
· Experience with Data Management as a domain area (optional)
· Experience with working remotely and with global teams
· Excellent communication skills (English)
· Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently
