Description
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the resolution of L3 tickets
- Support enhancement request, business operational request, and service request fulfillment
- Research SAP designated specialty (ie AR, GL, BPC) as necessary
- Support triage of issues
- Analyze requirements from multiple countries
- Collaborate with the team to classify and prioritize defects related to the product and makes decisions based on assessments
- Coordinate work effort between products and teams
Skills and attributes to success:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 8 years' experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, business development, and/or project management with a preferred focus on SAP BW/HANA/BO solutions
- Project management training, practical application, business analysis, business development or relationship management experience is preferred.
- Certification Requirements: SAP certification would be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAP functionality specifically in the areas of BW/HANA/BO solutions
- Functional and/or technical experience in supporting global systems (eg SAP) including knowledge of data flows, processes and best practices
- Communication and presentation skills that support accurate and concise messaging
- Experienced and comfortable working with culturally diverse outsourced on/offshore staff for Project work and Production Support (Run) service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal, client service, communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to react appropriately during crisis situations
- Operate in a dynamic, fast moving and changing environment
- Operate in a global Matrix environment
