Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Functional Consultant -Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, Functional consultant, Functional Analyst, Business analyst, Microsoft Dynamics, Sales & Marketing, AX financials, D365 Financials, Functional Consultant - UK - Remote - £pd

Our end user clientrequires an ambitious Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Functional Consultant to join their team of vibrant, highly specialised Dynamics professionals to assist with their D365 implementation. As a Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Functional Consultant you are accountable for supporting the clients Dynamics 365 Program on a global level, being responsible for delivering high quality business requirements, comprehensive systems design, and configurations to the IT organization.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 6+ years Dynamics AX functional & technical design and implementation experience
  • A Degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst in IT
  • 4+ years in MS Dynamics for Order Management, Sales & Marketing and related processes into Finance
  • 2+ full-life cycle ERP implementations (MS Dynamics 365 experience, preferred)
  • MS Dynamics 365 experience, preferred experience working in core Sales & Marketing logistical and financial business processes such as Contact to Contract and Order to Cash, including the Financial processes related to this End to End Stream
  • Familiarization with Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Forecasting, Marketing, and Master Data Management
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365/Microsoft Dynamics AX for Sales & Marketing, preferred
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to ensure functional requirements and test cases address business requirements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations implementation
  • Follow a standard & structured process for the gathering and prioritizing business requirements
  • Develop and maintain information and documentation related to business processes and systems
  • Engage in data modelling and data analysis to help support business solutions and directions
  • Provide input in the development of business case and justification documents working with various business units, translating requirements into highly specified project briefs or requirements packages
  • Support the development of business justification documents from an IT perspective
  • Provide costing/sizing for enhancement requests with collaboration across the IT organization
  • Meet with business stakeholders on a regular basis to provide status updates on technology initiatives and keep updated on strategic business initiatives
