World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a BTL Marcomms Manager, responsible for the management, planning and deployment of strong Marketing Comms initiatives across the whole UK Retail on-site customer journey from forecourt to in-store, ensuring there is a seamless and enriched customer experience driving strong impact on business growth and brand perception.

Core Responsibilities:

*Oversight of Marketing Forecourt & Shop promotion campaigns as well as deployment of Care & Maintain and wider Operational/HSSE POS campaigns.
*Act as the key contract holder & key agency lead for the print management agency.
*Role will actively be the champion within the Brand & Comms team to drive sustainability through our print operations as well as sustainability on -site forward
*Management of overall integrated Retail UK Marketing Calendar
*Leads hero promotional Marketing Campaign planning & deployment across full estate.
*Oversees the management of shop promotion and Care & Maintain program carried out by the BTL Implementer
*Lead Comms development & implementation for on-site activations supporting functional teams and businesses
*Lead agency relationships & performance management with 3 core agency partners
*Is the contract holder for the above 3 core agency partners with active contract management (QBR etc) with representation at the contract holder forum
*Acts as the go to' expert for Retail UK staff & Retailers to answer and manage any POS related queries and ensure we meet their needs
*Effective agency stakeholder management to drive excellence
*Act as the physical to digital' champion within the Brand & Comms Team
*Oversees BTL implementer's management of Digital Comms experience (CIS, digital proximity screens etc.)
*Acts as the internal Shopper Marketing Guru' within the Retail UK team and has active internal/external representation within shopper/retail marketing communities
*Responsible for financial reporting, budget and performance management for POS budget
*Editor of the Drive Magazine'

The Candidate:
High budget management responsibility
Marketing professional with agency management experience
Excellent project manager
High attention to detail
A background in BTL or creative development
Strong communicator with the ability to manage and influencer others
Over 4 years Marketing experience in retail

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
