Our Customer is looking to hire a Marketing Automation Developer to lead the management process across several marketing technology systems, supporting the marketing team's overall operations. The role is available remotely.
The Marketing Automation Developer will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data services, and lead management processes across those systems) as well as establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaigns and lead management. The Marketing Automation Developer will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead nurturing, database management and analysis. You will also conduct complex data analysis and create naming conventions that boost our efficiency and focus and inform our strategy.
The successful Marketing Automation Developer should have Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. They should also be proficient in marketing automation systems such as Oracle Marketing Cloud; 'Eloqua' is a must and integrating those systems with other technologies.
