GIS Support Analyst
We have a great opportunity to work for United Utilities supporting their Drainage, Waterwater Management Plan to provide data, stakeholder management and governance support to the Manager and wider team to enable production of the Drainage and Wastewater Management Plan (DWMP) and supporting documents for the Business Plan.
What You'll Do:
- To organise and ensure production of materials for key DWMP governance meetings, including slide production and reports.
- To support, co-ordinate and track internal and external stakeholder engagement activities
- To analyse data sets to produce communication materials for non-technical stakeholders.
- To liaise with Network and Process Operations to validate data concerns and producing reports and sending to stakeholders.
- To support, co-ordinate and track the progression of issues through the options development process to ensure there is audit trails in place to support decision making.
- To co-ordinate the website publication of the plan and co-ordinate and manage requests for further reports and tables.
What Experience You'll Need:
- A degree or post graduate qualification in a scientific, technical or environmental discipline
- Strong organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills with experience of working with a wide variety of people and organisations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications particularly PowerPoint and advanced level of Excel skills.
- Experience of using GIS
- Strong analytical reasoning skills
