Senior Business Analyst/Management Consultant
Are you a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of seven years' professional experience working in business process analysis, advisory and management consulting in a diverse and multicultural environment? And are you looking for your next challenge?
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Senior Business Analyst/Management Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Justice Mechanisms - business processes and operations related to individual conduct breaching of Code of Conduct, Ethics regulations and managerial actions resulting in workplace disputes; roles and interactions of the actors involved in these processes; requirements Embedded in the legal and regulatory framework of the Client;
- Enabling factors - broad set of strategies, values and beliefs underlying the notion of 'justice' in the workplace,
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you are/have:
- Academic degree in a relevant discipline, eg business administration, management and economics, public management
- A minimum of seven years' professional experience working in business process analysis, advisory and management consulting in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Some prior hands-on knowledge of internal justice mechanisms, including investigations on misconduct, ethics and handling of workplace disputes, both from an HR and a regulatory standpoint.
- Ability to independently conduct complex documentary reviews and perform data analyses in Excel
- Fluent in English and ideally working knowledge of French.
