JG3 level Stakeholder Management and Communications ResourceA World Leading Global Energy Company has an exciting and rare opportunity for a Communications Lead.
You will be comfortable working with senior level stakeholders on this critical project and the successful candidate will work alongside project leadership to manage engagement senior stakeholders and a broad end user base.
About You:
* Strong communications/corporate/external relations skills
* Extensive experience in developing and delivering communications and reputation strategies for, and within, large corporations with multiple disciplines and backgrounds
* Highly experienced in managing large-scale communications campaigns and facilitating events/sessions.
* Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills - experience in working as trusted advisor at senior business leader level on critical, complex challenges
* Ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels
* Courage and determination to challenge current practices
* Able to challenge senior leaders while maintaining effective relationships
* Confidence and ability to work in high-ambiguity work environment
* Affinity with and understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery
* Typical Years of Experience: 10+ years Communication Change with leadership experience
* Likely to have a degree at First, Upper Second or equivalent and may have post graduate qualifications.
