Description

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Salesforce Developer for one of their public sector Clients based as Remote working.

  • IR35 - This role is Inside of IR35

Minimum Requirement:

The successful candidate must have developer experience of Salesforce CRM systems, which might mean;

  • Experience of developing a Salesforce solution with new service requirements
  • Salesforce certification; Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Experience of working in a public-facing non-sales Salesforce environment
  • Experience of adapting a Salesforce solution to fit the business needs
  • Demonstrates adding value from their suggested solutions

Key Skills

  • Ability to produce technical CRM documentation in addition to engaging with colleagues of a non-technical background
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer problems
  • Problem solving and solutions focussed
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong attention to detail/detail orientated manner
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge around CRM best practice development

[An option would be to Salesforce Business Analyst:

  • Slightly more data led than a Salesforce Admin, and sometimes the next step for a Salesforce
  • Administrator in their career. A Salesforce Business Analyst may have experience implementing
  • Salesforce end-to-end and possess in-depth knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce.
  • Salesforce BAs can be functional and hands-on, but typically work with Salesforce Administrators.
  • The job role of a Salesforce Business Analyst requires gathering and analysing business requirements and converting them into effective Salesforce solutions that will help boost revenue generation.
  • They also usually run, manage and analyse the salesforce implementations within an organisation.

Typical Salesforce Business Analyst tasks and behaviours might include:

  • documenting baseline information and requirements
  • developing and defining project roadmaps
  • liaising with managers and stakeholders
  • driving Salesforce projects forward
  • analysing Salesforce implementations
  • applying best practice methodology
  • solving issues during testing

What qualities will a Salesforce Business Analyst typically possess?

  • An analytical mindset. Being able to analyse multiple data sources in an investigative manner
  • A lover of all things data. Tracking and evaluating in a detail orientated manner will excite this kind of person, and they'll be able to advise the business on what should be reported on for value-add
  • The ability to make decisions fast
  • Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important.
  • The ability to take the initiative. They'll need to be able to tell the business what they need
