Agile Coach -
I'm working closely with an Engineering client to find dynamic Agile Coach/Scrum Consultants to support a large-scale Agile Transformation and coach the end client newly created squad in Agile best practice.
Inside IR35 contract
Paying a daily rate of £550 to £580
Essential experience/skills:
*Extensive experience constructing customized Agile training
*Experience onboarding a team and providing gile skills training
*Carry out Agile Maturity assessments
*Provide Agile expertise and support the Agile process
*Remove impediments so the squad can deliver efficiently
*Act as mentor and coach to develop people
*Create value from Agile ways of working
*Provide support for Agile teams
*Be proficient at delivering bite sized Agile Training and providing ongoing learning
*Knowledge of multiple scaling frameworks - Scrum, Safe and Kanban
*Prove experience using training data to track, trend, and manage training efforts
*Adaptable to fast-paced environments
*Excellent organisational skills to develop a training programme and able to work alongside other Agile coaches, vendors and 3rd parties
Must be comfortable to travel
