Description

We are Hiring for Associate project manager Role

Work location: Leeds - (Remote but may need to attend occasional meetings)

Minimum Requirement:
Working knowledge of a range of management and leadership approaches and how their effectiveness varies depending on life cycle, culture and context.
Working knowledge, ideally within healthcare and digital environments, of project, programme, portfolio or benefit management frameworks and practices, such as; risk management, quality & assurance management, planning, benefits realisation, business change and service transition management, change control and governance models.
Working knowledge of knowledge management practices, techniques and tools within a team environment, including contributing to and retrieving and applying to the next iteration of activity.
Awareness of the Agile manifesto and agile principles, agile practices and culture and how they can be used to help deliver products, services and benefits and how they operate and integrate together across the system for different methodologies such as portfolio, programme, project and product delivery.
Working knowledge of task management, workflow, or collaboration tools either within a project, programme or across a portfolio.
Working knowledge of information management & reporting techniques and approaches eg reporting formats, filing and archiving processes, document control procedures and quality management.
Working knowledge of transitioning digital products and services into live operation and the continual improvement of these.
Working knowledge of finance, budgeting and cost control or advising on governance, business case approvals and assurance.
Working knowledge of procurement, contract and supplier management
Working knowledge of project planning and management software such as Microsoft Project.
Evidence of continual professional development and learning.
Supports negotiations, with an understanding of how to identify and pre-empt conflict and appropriate approaches to escalate where required
Supports negotiations within and across teams and stakeholders to resolve differences of opinion and conflict. Adapts communication style depending on audience and has an ability to influence for positive results.
Educated to post-graduate level or equivalent qualification/experience.
Recognised delivery framework qualification at foundation level eg PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL or equivalent experience.
