Position: Change Manager - Current SC Cleared only
Client : PSR/National Crime Agency (NCA)
Location: Remote with 1 site visit in London per month
Pay rate: £600pd inside IR35
Duration: 6 months with good chance of extension

Core day to day duties:
- Looking at training needs and assessments
- What communication are needed to be in place for project management
- Stake holder management
- Review culture impact
- Review policies and team sizes and make sure these in sustainable
Key skills:
- Identifying Change Management requirements. Production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective.
- Change Management from concept to execution and review. Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.
- The successful candidate will be an Expert in Change Management concepts and practices.
- Capable in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services.
