Description
We are currently looking for a Data Scientist - Use Case Analyst to join our new project. The company supports "OneSource", the data management for piloting data governance and increasing data quality for data analysis along the end-to-end process of construction management that is to be revised.The construction management process should be assessed in regard to the current deviations from the target process. All deviations have to be documented as they result in requirements for adapting functionalities in existing applications. If there are comprehensive requirements, which cannot be implemented with the existing applications, these should be collected as a whole for a new application.
You will be managing and coordinating the requirements for data connections and analyzes in close collaboration with the technical requester and project manager. Additionally, you will collect technical, non-functional requirements for the construction management process and for the data and analyzes required for BI projects as well as for existing applications or for an entirely new application. Finally, you will need to prepare the technical implementation and regular reporting in various committees.

Experience:
- Recording, structuring, analysis and visualization of the current and future business and process landscape
- Requirement’s management / business analysis of IT and transformation projects with analytical methods and models for processing various data sources with its IT / analytics architectures in the enterprise environment (ideally in the cloud)
- Project management experience in an agile environment (especially SCRUM)
- Project experience in at least 3 different industries
- Visualization of data-supported relationships with Qlik Sense, Tableau or PowerBI
- JIRA, Confluence, SCRUM and SAFe
- Conflict management skills
- Independent work organization / manner according to priorities and risk assessment in an agile project environment
