we are looking for a PMO (m/w/d), ERP Roll Out

Start: asap
Duration: 6 months
Working on-site is required.

Tasks:In the context of the implementation of a new ERP System (Infor LN), this project Management mandate should contribute to reduce the backlog of purchasing demands (such as Purchase Request/Orders to be processed), make sustainable the management of these activities and bring efficiency to the Indirect Procurement department and its interactions with the other support functions (IT, Finance, etc.).

Requirements:
  • Project requirements (at least 3-5 yeras of experience):
  • Holistic Project Management Governance establishment and improvements recommendations
  • Indirect Procurement critical activities Planning & Actions identification, qualification and monitoring
  • Indirect Procurement Activities Status Report & Dashboard (e.g. Purchase Request Orders to be processed evolution)
  • Continuous Risks Issues identification qualification and monitoring
  • Follow up on mitigation actions
  • Track in central procurement risk register
  • Timely escalation to HO General Procurement
  • ERP Knowledge (Ideally Infor LN)
  • Business fluent English skills
