Description
My banking client based in Edinburgh (WFH/Remote) require a Resource Manager to help support them on a high level technology programme.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, long-term hiring demands and resourcing requirements, this includes Sales, Practice Heads, Talent Acquisition, and the Leadership Team
-Manage the e2e recruitment of all contract and managed service resource via preferred vendors
-Project forecasting, and appropriate resource alignment to meet project demand across the portfolio.
-Create the short, medium, and long-term strategy for talent acquisition based on demand
-Work closely with internal managers to ensure that resource planning and allocation is transparent and visible across the business.
-Ensure resource practices are in line with the current property strategy.
-Supply headcount reporting to finance and manage headcount within budget.
Skills Required
-We're looking for someone with experience of high level programme resource management at scale within a large organisation, preferably in the banking sector.
-Good understanding of technical skills and capabilities, ideally within Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, infrastructure, and application development.
-Strong relationship development skills and be able to quickly understand the bank environment and influence change.
-Strong understanding of financial, budgeting, and project finances
