Scrum Master - Agile - Pharma industry exp - Anywhere in the EU - EMPIRIC
Our client, a globally established and Pharma organisation seeks a Scrum Master with Pharma industry experience, previous experience of both working with remote teams practicing agile standards and able to manage multiple projects and issues to resolution
The successful Scrum Master should have the following Knowledge of/experience:
- Agile tools (eg, Jira, Rally, ADO)
- Working directly with engineering teams on a product for a technical audience, such as developers, DevOps, IT professionals, engineers, or scientists
- Pharma industry exp. is an asset as well as working with compliance requirements such as HIPPA in the US and GDPR in the EU
- Experience with Digital marketing is a plus
- Scaling Agile frameworks is desirable - (eg, SAFe
- Agile champion, promoter, protector, and team coach
- Able to problem-solve and perform causal analysis (eg, Lean)
- Able to create, teach and help teams maintain Agile performance metrics like Velocity, Lead/Cycle Time, Technical Debt, Automation, etc.
Term: 12 to 18 months plus possible extensions
