Scrum Master
Day Rate - £400 - £500
Applause IT is currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join one of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce retailers on a Full time contract basis, with the position being completely remote.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for the effective delivery of the adoption, development, and continuous improvement of Agile and value-focused approaches. This will involve coaching and mentoring members of the IT and Change team, as well as the wider business in Agile principles, practices and approaches to ensure effective collaboration.
This is an exciting time to join this business as Scrum Master. The business has recently undergone a major re-brand and the IT team are embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. The business is growing significantly and is investing millions in technology to ensure they can be a key player in the fast-paced eCommerce retail industry. Your role as a Scrum Master will be fundamental in this journey!
Experience required:
- Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices.
- A can-do attitude results-driven and openness to learning.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Financial Services/Retail/E-commerce
Office located near Accrington and is easily commutable from surrounding Lancashire towns including, Blackburn, Clayton-le-Moors, Preston, Burnley, Bolton, Bury.
