Description
Call Handlers/Customer Service - Glasgow or Edniburgh for 3 weeks training then Home based - £100 - £120 per day - 6 months Initially.
We are looking for Call Handlers with ideally 2 years Customer Service experience to come and join a high performing team.
Key skills:
- Customer Service - Must have.
- Previous Contact Centre Experience - Would be ideal
- Previous Financial Services - Nice to have.
Role details:
- Role will start off with taking inbound calls from existing customers to carry out simple changes
- No sales will be required
- Dealing with existing customers
Additional information:
- Full training offered on products and platforms.
- Remote Working
- Must be willing to do 3 weeks training in Glasgow or Edinburgh
