My client is one of the most respected manufacturing companies in the UK, they are well known for the excellence of their product and their outstanding customer service ethic. In the midst of significant investment in their technology function, they are keen to recruit two talented and resourceful Data Analyst/Administrators to work on a crucial project.
The primary elements of the role are to enrich data within Product Information System and ERP System and to co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information to maintain and update data. Preparing progress reports, and analysing data as needed is also very central.
Key tasks:
- Product data enhancement & enrichment within Product Information System
- Liaising with the Category Management and production and Procurement teams to gain required information
- Analysing data and producing reports where necessary
- Working with the Category Management team to enrich specific product data on an ongoing basis
- Uploading of data & images to the Product Information System
- Cleansing of the ERP data system
Key skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel
- Use of a new Product Information System - training will be provided
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Confident in all forms of communication including outbound calls to collate data quickly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong team player
