We're looking for a talented Delivery Lead to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of roadmap/portfolio management - foster collaboration and manage dependencies for the team and domain deliveries.

The Role:
As the Delivery Lead you'll report to the Chief Information Security Officer and will be primarily responsible for supporting the engineering assurance domain and have a background in in delivery lead or have a management background. The engineering assurance is a control function that over looks the security posture for my client. There is no need to be a security specialist. The key for this client is to have previous experience in; planning, structure, roadmap/portfolio management, agile practices and product development. The purpose of this role is to support the team in reaching their priorities.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Engage with teams to understand their issues linked to deliveries, planning & structure
- Portfolio management - foster collaboration & manage dependencies for x-team/x-domain deliveries
- Engage in team reviews with planning/delivery mindset - supporting the teams with increasing speed of delivery
- Run/lead domain specific initiatives that rely on collaboration between many teams
The Candidate:
The ideal person for this Delivery Lead role will have relevant experience in roadmap/portfolio management - foster collaboration and manage dependencies for the team and domain deliveries.
You'll also need a background in:
- Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Product development
- Engaging with teams to understand their challenges connected to deliveries, planning and structure
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Project management - having experience with software development/delivery
- Coaching practices
- Skills from any agile methodology out there (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
You'll also need to be a self-directed member of the team and be able to find a problem, break it down and come up with the solutions on their own or support from their expertise.
