World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Process Expert.

About The Role:

* Support Back Office Electricity capability growth by offering thought leadership and delivery experience on Trading invoicing, settlements and accounting into the wider TSA Change team
* Growing an in depth understanding of the business ambitions through TSA
* Articulating TSA impact of the business growth ambitions
* Providing thought leadership on strategic and innovative solutions to facilitate invoicing, settlements and accounting for Electricity Trading
* Creating a strategic process and technology/digital roadmap for TSA to accommodate the business vision
* Supporting the implementation of process and IT change to deliver the roadmap items identified
* Support Capability build within TSA process owner and process manager organizations.

About You:

* 12+ years work experience in various Trading Back Office related business/financial roles, specifically in the areas of invoicing, settlements and accounting but with deep understanding and experience in applying wider Life of a Deal, process, controls and accounting principles in practice. A significant portion of that experience gained in driving change through Back Office organisations.
* Experience of process designing, leading, and delivering large scale projects with an ability to think strategic fit for purpose solution and create roadmap for dynamic business needs.
* Experience of providing leadership, steer and support within a large-scale change management program with significant technical IT/digital delivery.
* Experience in working with ETRMs (Energy Trading Risk Management system) and various digital tools with an ability to understand the various functionalities to accommodate changes/new business scenarios.
* Integrating newly acquired businesses/assets in the portfolio (desirable)
* Build Power Trading business and process capability within TSA organization.

You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
