Cloud Transformation Business Analyst
About:
We are looking for a Cloud Transformation Business Analyst. In essence, an eager business analyst who is a fast learner, analytically strong, very organized, self-organizing and a high willingness to learn everything about Cloud/IT Transformation. In your role you will be part of the Cloud Target Operating Model team and will support in various tasks mainly committed within this stream. You should also be flexible enough to pick up tasks committed by other Streams of the same department.
What are you going to do? What are your responsibilities?
- Analyze how the company's shared (Infrastructure) services and underlying technologies including delivery model are transforming in relation to our Cloud Strategy.
- Analyze how different functions (eg Vendor Management, IT Sourcing, Security Functions) within the CITO domain are transforming towards Cloud standards in the long term from a people, process, technology perspective
- Identify which issues our DevOps teams face in their journey towards the Cloud. Support our cloud transformation Engineering team during interviews with Solution Architects/Cloud Engineers to analyze impediments to the core.
- Consolidate findings for reporting, monitor on progress improvements
Based on your knowledge and expertise we expect you to have:
- 1-2 years' experience at a comparable role in IT
- Basic IT Knowledge required; you understand how an IT organization functions and are familiar with the common themes and definitions
- A study background in Business Information Management, Business Information Technology or another related Business/IT study
- Certified Azure Fundamentals/AWS Cloud Practitioner is a pre. Willingness to learn everything about Cloud and make it tangible by obtaining Cloud certificate (AZ-900) ASAP
- Excellent analytical & reporting skills. You know how to translate technical insights to a managerial level. You excel in creating managerial reports and creating clean understandable overviews of the analyses we conduct
