Description
I am currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager to join a NHS Trust based in Kent. This role falls inside IR35, paying up to £275 a day, on a 3-month contract.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that tendering and contracting activity in respect of goods and services is undertaken in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations and Trust Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions, in support of the strategic objectives of the Trust.
You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to operational colleagues regarding market testing, tendering, procurement and contract management
This is a dedicated point of contact for Trust directorates, responsible for driving collaboration between the stakeholders and the Procurement function in the effective management of non-pay activity.
