Procurement Systems Lead required for our client on an initial 6-month contract in the Birmingham area. Please note this role is Inside IR35.

You will be responsible to lead the implementation of effective processes to ensure the proper use of the P2P and S2C systems being utilised on our client's project.

Skills/experience include:

  • Experience in Oracle ERP systems
  • eProcurement systems such as Tradex and Jaggaer
  • Common Assessment Standard platforms (Constructionline and Achilles)
  • Proven track record project/change management and implementation of procurement systems and processes, ideally, within Construction/Civil Engineering businesses.
  • Analytical skills, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to adopt a pragmatic, yet disciplined approach to process compliance
  • Leading and shaping procurement systems and processes to ensure efficient practices
  • Engagement and close collaboration with parent companies and supply chain to drive improvement strategy
  • Design and ensure that the processes and systems allow compliance with the Prompt Payment Code and that actions across departments are coordinated and aligned.
  • Develop training module to ensure best P2P practice.
  • Establishment of supplier catalogues/punch out/call off orders
  • Management of stakeholder relationships
