Description
Application Support Analyst
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: The Quadrant, Milton Keynes/work from home - MK 1 -2 days per week
Pay Rate to Candidate: £291 Umbrella or £221.37 - £258.64 PAYE
Minimum Requirement: Working on various portfolio of schemes. 50% is on site and 50% office. Travel to other sites - travel provided.

*ITIL qualification or foundation level
*Customer service experience as customer facing role
*Strong data analysis to support rail and train planning team.
*Looking after and managing large amounts of data to support the TOCs (train operating companies) and to support multi-disciplinary projects
Requirements
*IT support experience
*ITIL Service Management Foundation Qualification or equivalent experience in IT service management
*Knowledge of IT support processes
*Bright, enthusiastic and keen to learn
*Proactive, hands-on approach, self-starter, able to take the initiative
*Strong inter-personal skills and customer driven
*Ability to work to SLAs in a fast paced IT environment
*Highly structured, organised and meticulous approach to work, with strong analytical skills and a determined approach with an eye for detail.
*Concise approach to documentation with an emphasis on simplifying complex issues and improving processes
*Ability to multi-task and balance this with the ability to consistently deliver solutions
*Strong self-motivation
