Description
The individual will leverage experience of ITSM Innovation & Strategy, Business Process Analysis and Optimisation, IT/CDIO Op Model Design and Implementation Planning to deliver RAF Process and Service Modernisation across RAF IT and Technology Operations. This will be against the SSP Programme Mandate of FTE Reduction and improved User Satisfaction. The candidate must be a self starter, capable of working independently in a blended team from Accenture, RAF and PA Consulting.
Based upon a thorough assessment of current state, identify business opportunities to optimise value and define the business process and/or future model that will achieve tangible value for the client.
The candidate must be a self-starter, confident to work independently of direct Accenture support in a team with colleagues from PA Consulting.
Scope will be delivered to quick timescales and in a challenging stakeholder environment. Experience of IT Op Model (IT IL and ITSM) is preferred but not essential.
