Service Transition Analyst/Service Desk - Hybrid Birmingham
*URGENT ROLE* - Interviewing now
We are looking for a number of service transition analysts to work within the transition team. The candidate(s) need to be passionate about implementing quality support that underpins our services. We are seeking people who can work well as part of a project team for thesuccessful transition into our BaU team. You will need excellent planning, coordination and communication skills.
Skills:
- ITIL v3/4 foundation
- 3+years' of experience in either a Service Operations or Service Transition background Demonstrable experience in analysing and maintaining data from a service operations perspective
- Highly organised and able to create process documentation
Responsibilities:
- Develops impactful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Respectfully challenges partners
- Defines and manages service acceptance criteria
- Coaches and on boards knowledge into our support teams
- Creates quality documentation

- Process owner/manager from a Service Deliver/Service Desk background
