- Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for onboarding the software applications.
- Define and inform thinking and strategy in line with the Application Lifecycle
- Experience of Stakeholder management at different levels. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver key project initiative.
- Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.
- Propose changes or solutions to products and services for optimal business results
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones to meet the needs of our business
- Coordinate communication with relevant stakeholders and proactively details risks involved
- Lead and manage the internal team and/or consultants by providing support, direction, and guidance
- Improve and optimize operational performance through appropriate applications and data management
- Experience of the vendor licensing strategy and knowledge of compliance processes relevant to Application RTU
