DBS - Bid Team Leader (SC Cleared)
Contract Type: 2 Month Contract
Location: Liverpool/Darlington (Remote working with the need to be on site for workshops/client meetings)
Salary - £450 per day
My Client is urgently looking for an experienced Bid Team Leader to deliver value add revenue generating proposals to the client and provide the end to end governance according to BEMF to ensure sign off and delivery of additional revenue to the account.
The client is about to embark on their Digital Transformation programme and this will result in considerable new bids and proposals for our Client in order to grow the account.
Beyond the anchor client there will also be over the period of 12 months an opportunity to get involved in Net New Name bids. This role gives someone with a background in Bid and proposal writing the opportunity to work with a customer at the start of transformation change and really develop skills and expertise.

* Will probably have worked in a discipline(s) such as Project Manager, SME consultant, pre sales to gain experience of PM disciplines.
* Leadership; able to pull together and lead a team engaged in a change pursuit, Matrix management.
* Able to analyse customer needs and guide a team to design and propose an appropriate solution.
* People: demonstrate skills in managing the right resources for change team roles.
* Collaboration: manages a virtual team including multi service lines.
* Communication: high level of verbal and written communication skills with ability to produce concise, consistent and well-presented proposal/change documents and review materials.
