We are currently looking for an OE owners Engineer (m/f/d) for our Energy client

* Gas Turbine/Steam Turbine/Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)/Package Boiler
* Air cooled dump condenser/Fin fan cooler incl. Closed cooling water system (CCWS)
* Generators/Transformers
* High voltage switchgears/Low voltage switchgear
* Block Protection and other electrical protection issues
* Control System/DCS (Siemens T-3000) as overall system as well as in addition black-box systems
* Etc.
Tasks:
* Leading process commissioning activities connected with the main components and the water-steam-cycle
* Lead, supervise and coordinate the overall plant integration testing, fine plant tuning and plant optimization during hot commissioning phase in cooperation and alignment with all involved suppliers
* Active participation in troubleshooting during commission along suppliers and Client
* Operation of the CHP Plant during the Commissioning Phase (from time to time, sometimes even in a night shift - tbd)
* Guide and support K4 Operators
* Support the Employer (KCHPL) in technical discussions with specialist suppliers and other stakeholders
* Support the Commissioning Manager in the commissioning preparation phase in the field of P&IPO for commissioning, performance test and trial run activities (technical input and requirements, pre-conditions, durations, dependences, HSSE topics, etc.)
* Review and comment on commissioning, performance test and trial run documents
*Ensure awareness and compliance with the HSSE and Permit to Work (PtW) rules
* Lead commissioning site coordination meetings in the field of process/system optimization/plant operation with suppliers
* Participate in other relevant site meetings such as overall commission meetings, interface co-ordination meetings between Suppliers, Client (DS Smith), Site O&M Team (IGOM (client entity), third parties and Employer (KCHPL)
* Coordinate and monitor the execution of commissioning,
*Monitoring the fulfilment of the contractual agreements
* Monitor and ensure compliance with the relevant provisions, laws, site regulations,..
*QA/QC activities
*Immediate notification of the KCHPL project manager and the Employer's Commissioning Manager of significant events that affect technical, scheduling and commercial agreements or decisions
* Review and validate suppliers commissioning, performance test and test run documents and reports
*Track and monitor the rectification of damage
(prepare Non-conformance Reports, NCR)
Skills:
- Bachelor degree process engineering or similar
- Deep knowledge in the field of steam-water cycles and combined heat and power plants (CHP)
- min 8 Yrs experience in a similar position (Process Commissioning Manager, Lead Engineer or Engineer)
- Experience and knowledge in plant operation (during commissioning)
- Experience of flow metering, instrumentation, PLC, valves, pumps, sampling systems, analysers, Flow Computers, E&I wiring and control panels
* Experience with T-3000 DCS beneficial
* Familiar with permit to work systems for commissioning phase
* UK experience beneficial
