Executive Assistant
Location: Warwickshire/Remote (1-2 days a week onsite)
£450-£500 per day umbrella - Inside IR35
Duration - 6 months

The Role
Support and work alongside the Director in monitoring and delivering divisional objectives through the delivery and facilitation of projects, the diagnosis and management of key business issues, challenging and reporting on the performance of the business and key business issues and facilitating the operation of Divisional leadership meetings.
Job Specification

  • Lead and drive strategically significant and one-off projects which deliver financial and performance improvements to the required outcomes and timescales as defined by the Director.
  • Research, analyse and facilitate the diagnosis, scoping and management of business issues and opportunities to meet specific requirements.
  • Develop, co-ordinate and challenge business reporting, annual planning processes, business performance and the progress of key business initiatives, in collaboration with Senior Management, to deliver a robust and accurate oversight of business performance and ensure that risks and issues are identified, managed and controlled.
  • Co-ordinate, manage and facilitate divisional meetings, forums and events to ensure relevant focus and standards of submissions, papers and presentations are achieved.
  • Develop, coordinate and facilitate the definition, cascade and ongoing monitoring of annual objectives to ensure they are effectively implemented and progress is monitored at all levels, aligned with the Long Term Objectives.
  • Review and prepare management information, presentations, reports and executive summaries that deliver accurate and consistent reporting to meet the requirements of the Director, Executive Committee and Board.
  • Build, establish and maintain effective relationships with senior management to ensure the effective delivery of objectives.
  • Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports so that they know what is expected, are able to maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their potential.
Person Specification
  • Experience in a commercially focussed/operational role
  • Experience of successfully delivering a range of projects and activities
  • Experience of building and managing effective relationships at a senior level
  • Good understanding of IT
  • Strong IT/PMO background ideally
  • Knowledge of corporate finance/accounting desirable
Qualifications/Other
  • Graduate calibre
  • Relevant qualification preferred eg ACII/Institute of Management
