Description
Masentó SAP are supporting their boutique consultancy client who are looking for a SAP Training manager.
This position will be an initial 6month contract and 100% remote
Ideally have experience in the following:
- Must have 2 Life Cycles of experience as a Training Manager in a SAP project/program
- Expected to have experience in a project where train the trainer approach was used (key users training end users)
- Expected to have experience in training needs analysis, training curriculum, training planning and training administration, training communication
- Benefit is to have experience as SAP trainer
- Benefit is to have experience in creating training materials
- Must have enthusiasm and drive to make training happen when other project tasks compete for the same resources.
- Must have resilience to perform in demanding project phases close to go live. Ideally track record of having been through it.
