Scrum Lead - 6 months + - Remote
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Scrum Lead to join our biotech client for 6 months+ project.
The Scrum Lead will be leading 2 squads in a high visibility program, which is a business-led agile scaled program.
Requirements of the Scrum Lead Role:
- 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master/Lead
- Services to the team needs
- Ensures team practices Agile principles
- Partners, coaches, supports Product Owner in managing the backlog
- Facilitates Scrum ceremonies
- Establishes, communicates Agile metrics
- Identifies, removes and/or escalates risk, roadblocks, and cross team dependencies
- Promoting continuous improvement
- Participates in cross-scrum collaboration
- Continuously learns new approaches, agile best practices and how to improve team dynamics
- Main focus on People management
- Familiarity or experience with other agile methodologies such as LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Effective communication and conflict resolution
