Delivery Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Manager to join one of our clients in Bristol based on a 6 month contract.
You will need to be based on site 2-3 days per week. This role is inside IR35
During this role you will be leading a team of Delivery Leads (Agile Project Managers) to deliver technical solutions to support our client's growth ambitions. You will be working with cross-functional teams within a software practice ensuring that the work fed into, and processed through the development scrum teams is of the right technical quality.
Experience Needed:
- Experience of implementing large E-commerce solutions
- Ability to learn quickly, and be flexible in the tasks and activities undertaken
- Ability to deliver under pressure whilst showing attention to detail
- Ability to develop in-depth business knowledge and provide technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Willing and able to travel globally for project work to our client's locations if necessary
- Scaled Agile Framework experience or other Agile scaling approach
- Previous team management experience
- Experience with large-scale web sites and applications
- Anticipates project needs before they arise; prioritises multiple tasks effectively
