Job Title:Functional Analyst

Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Functional Analyst
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
Individual
Be the link between business and IT
Manage customer expectations
Translate business and functional requirements into application solutions
Lead and organize meetings and workshops with the customer
Closely work together with the Project Manager and support delivery
Follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution
Take ownership of the assigned modules in the project and interact with other team members
Identify Best Practices, standards, and regulations
Contributes to the further evolution of the Itineris standard solutions
Participate in the project progress meetings and proactively identify risk areas
Apply the expertise to deliver high quality consulting services to new and existing customer
Continuously develop and extend the knowledge within the utility market
Domain -
Marketing (2), Lead&Opport. (1), Serve&Manage (1), Bill (1), Connect/Operate (1)
Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • Interested in the implementation of large and complex IT projects (ERP implementations)
  • Client oriented
  • Excellent hands-on mentality
Experience required:

  • Experience (min 2 years) with Microsoft Dynamics (preferably D365) in the relevant domains
  • Experience with process mapping and/or documenting is a big plus
  • Experience with utilities sector (gas/electricity) is a big plus
