Description:
Background Physical Meeting Points is a new domain focused on elevating the customer and co-worker experience in stores. The team is just starting to ramp up and we need a few contracts to help out in the short term.
To start with, I need a contractor to help drive the long-term vision of what digital experiences in IKEA stores looks like. They will actively participate in Store of Tomorrow discussions and will partner along side the Domain Leader, and UX team to shape the experiences for both the customer and store co-worker. They'd also partner with the necessary product and business teams to define end-to-end journeys for both the customer and co-worker.
This individual should understand how to build expected outcomes and business cases to assess the impact and business value for the experiences that are defined.|
The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA
This individual may have to travel to Malmo and/or Amsterdam to participate in workshops. Would ideally be located in Amsterdam
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
Product Management experience in eCommerce and retail
Experience with agile development practices
Strong analytical skills with supporting examples of using data to make informed decisions
Excellent in leading and managing change and transformations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business-leaders
Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people|
Requirements:
