Technical Skills
Senior Project Manager (> 5 year's experience)
Strong knowledge, skills and abilities required to resolve low to High complex IT issues
Strong ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and team, and address any issues that arise day or night.
Strong ability to identify and implement large-scale process improvement initiatives using IT technics
strong experiences in release Management
Experienced in AGILE project delivery approach (Scrum, KANBAN, Safe, ..)
Strong knowledge of IT and ITIL organization
Experience on deloying a DevOps delivery approach.
Good understanding of ESB and middelware architecture (Tibco is preferred) (performed deployment activities and involved in developing automated deployment framework for TIBCO components/Technology)
Good Knowledge and experience of project management platform (Jira Preferred)
Good understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer facing websites, B2B, and cloud platforms is preferred
Functional Skills
Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
Ability to work in a multicultural, decentralized organization
Strong Communictaion skills with ability to talk to business as well as CTO and Build and Run teams.
Great coordination skills
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Soft skills such as communication and drive will be required
Agility and maturity to manage several projects/topics in parallel
Certifications
Previous experience on integration projects
