Risk and Compliance Manager (Pensions)
6 month initial contract - London/Remote
"To represent and take ownership of the Trustee's obligations in managing the risk and compliance for the trust-based occupational pension scheme. This includes:
- All relevant submissions (CMA, EMIR, TPR reporting, TPR annual return, tax returns, SLP certification)
- Managing and monitoring the risk register
- Managing and monitoring the conflicts register
- Taking responsibility for meeting GDPR requirements including reporting of data breaches
- Overseeing rectification exercises
- Managing contracting with third parties
- Managing returns and compliance in respect of segregated asset funds."
