World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for an IT Programme Manager to work within the CLCM programme for this large Oil and Gas company.

This Programme consists of the delivery of a CounterParty Live Cycle Management process into IT technology, integrated fully on the internal technology stack.

This is a really exciting time to join this Global Energy Company as they are working on different programmes with a view to moving into Power Generation and Supply, Renewables and Green Energeis.

The CLCM Programme Manager is responsible to deliver the IT scope of this programme.

Experience/skills:
Leadership leading teams (20+ staff with direct and indirect reports) in a Matrix organisation and working with senior stakeholders (experience in delivery with T&S business leaders)
Understanding of the Counterparty Live Cycle Management process (which includes KYC Know Your Customer)
The Trading and Supply business organisatiom (understanding of what a COF is, FO-Data, CLCM process owner etc)
Deep experience and understanding of the IT Operating model (Competency Centre's, Architecture, ITSO, T&S Business IT)
Tools and methodologies: PDF, Agile delivery And hybrid models (Agile/Waterfall), DevOps, Project management approaches establishing IT solutions and IT design specs from Business requirements
Technology understanding: Mulesoft, Azure hosting, systems landscape, IT Security (iRM), GoldTier, Azure data platform, Robotics ('screen scraping')
Project management certification (PMI)
High experience on delivery (leading teams, issues management, risk management, high level planning and detailed planning, testing strategies), project management controls
Transition to support

You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
