Change Analyst - ITSM - Change Management
Outsource UK is currently looking for a Change Analyst to join my FS client in London for a 6 month contract.
This role is Outside IR35, candidates will be expected to work 2-3 days onsite.
The Change Analyst will join an exciting opportunity where you will work with to manage, operate and improve the Change Management processes.
Responsibilities for Change Analyst;
- You will be responsible with managing and improving other ITSM processes within the remit of Acceptance into Service)
- Carry out analysis of the end-to-end Change Management process to identify where efficiencies and improvements can be made.
- Work closely with users of the process and other key stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Carry out governance activities for Change Management with a view to improving them, including reporting.
- Occasionally carry out BAU activities as part of Change Management.
Essential Skills Required for Change Analyst:
- Good working understanding of Change Management and other ITSM processes across the life cycle;
- Ability to collate and summarise information and present it to senior leadership in a way that facilitates decision-making.
- Experience of working with system integrators and managed services.
- Previously worked in banking and financial industry
