Our Financial services client are looking for a Junior Change Analyst on a contract basis (Hybrid role - 3 days London 2 days remote) this will be working with an off shore partner and internal stake holders to operate and improve their change management process and assist with managing operating and improving other ITSM processes
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Good working understanding of Change Management and other ITSM processes across the life cycle;
- Attention to detail and able to deliver high quality written and verbal output;
- Ability to collate and summarise information and present it to senior leadership in a way that facilitates decision-making;
- Ability to work independently and quickly get to grips with complex situations;
- Experience of working with system integrators and managed services;
- Pragmatism and problem solving;
- A team player with a positive and constructive attitude towards work and colleagues.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Carry out analysis of the end-to-end Change Management process to identify where efficiencies and improvements can be made;
- Engage with users of the process and other key stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points;
- Carry out governance activities for Change Management with a view to improving them, including reporting;
- Where required, carry out similar activities for other ITSM processes within the Acceptance into Service area;
- Where required, carry out BAU activities as part of Change Management.
