- IAM devops engineers and perform level2/3 assessment of incoming account issues (JML and other) with a particular perspective of actually defining defect fixes for the devops engineers as part of a case handling CI process.
- We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, technically competent in the identity provisioning/deprovisioning space,
- Ideally with Saviynt knowhow, and who can communicate well (key) with end user customer (including senior people) and able to break down complex issues (key) related to JML and our attestation tickets we manage today here.
